President of Police Bazar Welfare Society, SL Singhania, has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Salseng C Marak, former Chief Minister of Meghalaya. “…a man of high qualities of head and heart, an amiable person, a soft-spoken person and a veteran of the Congress party, he was only the person who completed his full tenure of five years as the Chief Minister. May his soul rest in peace,” Singhania said in a statement issued here.
