SHILLONG, Sep 3: Raybinovitch D Sangma (28), a resident of Ampati, South West Garo Hills, has been reported to be missing since August 29. The last location he was reportedly at before going missing was Green Valley Max Cement Factory, Nongsning, Khleihriat, in East Jaintia Hills district.
He was last seen wearing a black and white checkered shirt, brown trousers and black slippers.
He is the son of Lt. Sapalison K Sangma and Smyle D Sangma.
