The decision was announced on Monday at a press briefing here by general secretary of HNYF Northern Region Alfred Mallai.
He was joined by Heasting Lyngdoh, president of HNYF Northern Region, and organizing secretary Barna Manih, who is also serving as the ad hoc vice president of the central body, along with other members of the Northern Region unit.
