CM launches Synod College’s diamond jubilee celebrations

SHILLONG, Oct 19: Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Saturday inaugurated the Vocational Training Centre at Synod College Annexe and officially launched the college’s diamond jubilee celebrations.
Informing this in its X handle, the Chief Minister’s Office praised Synod College, Shillong, for its commitment to not only providing quality education but also going beyond to support its students and the broader community.
During the event, the chief minister encouraged the college to explore vocational training opportunities such as mushroom cultivation and to take advantage of various government schemes available to support such initiatives.
Congratulating the college on its milestone, the chief minister commended the institution for its ongoing positive influence on the youths and society, urging them to continue making a meaningful impact.
