Balasiewdor Pathaw, a BA first-semester student of Shillong College, emerged victorious in the Open 10 Km category at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon on Sunday. Hailing from Nongthliew village, this was Pathaw’s first marathon event outside Meghalaya.
