ANTF nabs drug trafficker

SHILONG, Oct 21: In a successful operation on Monday, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of East Khasi Hills apprehended a drug trafficker at Mawryngkneng. The accused has been identified as Mastak Ahmed Mazumder (26), a resident of Assam.
Five soap boxes containing heroin, weighing 56.93 grams, a mobile phone and other items were recovered from his possession.
This operation is part of Meghalaya Police’s ongoing fight against drugs.
