An MoU signing ceremony between the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, and seven other national and international organisations will take place at the auditorium of Old Guest House, NEHU, in Shillong, from 11 am to 12 pm. Governor CH Vijayashankar will be the chief guest of the ceremony.
