SHILLONG, Nov 11: A 45-year-old man, Kasterbok Kharbuli, son of (L) T Kharpran of Sohryngkham Mawkynroh, Shillong, has been reported missing from his residence since November 1 morning.
He is 5 feet tall, dark complexioned, loud spoken, but mentally ill.
He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black track suit, brown woolen cap and white slippers, police said.
