Jamshedpur beat Mohammedan SC, move to 7th in ISL table

Jamshedpur, Dec 2: Jamshedpur FC returned to winning ways after it beat Mohammedan SC 3-1 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in the Indian Super League on Monday.
Jamshedpur showcased a dominant performance, securing a crucial win to end their three-match winless run. Despite a late goal from Mohammed Irshad that denied them a clean sheet, the Red Miners were in control throughout the match.
Mohammed Sanan K (53’), Javier Siverio (61’), and Stephen Eze (79’) scored for Khalid Jamil’s side before Irshad netted a consolation goal for the visitor in the 88th minute.
With this win, Jamshedpur FC moved to seventh place on the points table while Mohammedan SC remained in 12th. (Agencies)
