Govt to spend over Rs 1 cr to rebuild retaining wall in NST

SHILLONG, Dec 7: The Meghalaya government has earmarked Rs 1.09 crore for reconstructing a dismantled retaining wall and fencing a plot of land in New Shillong Township (NST).
The government recently invited tender for the re-construction work. The project, aimed at widening roads, will cover a length of 452.6 meters and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
