Two NGH men killed in Boko road mishap

TURA, Dec 15: Two residents of Mendipathar, North Garo Hills, died on the spot in a road accident at Paneri village under Boko Police Station, Assam, on Sunday evening.
The deceased have been identified as Therang Sangma and Ishak Sangma, who were relatives. They were working in an industry under the Chaygaon Industrial Growth Centre.
According to police sources, they were returning after repairing their bicycles when a truck (WB 59 D 1465) hit them. Boko police reached the spot and recovered their bodies and also seized the truck.
The police will send the bodies to Guwahati Medical College Hospital for post-mortem examination on Monday.
