Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is on an indefinite hunger strike for 40 days, being carried on a stretcher during ‘Kisan Mahapanchayat’ at the Khanuari border, in Sangrur district, Punjab, on Saturday. Dallewal on Saturday appealed to farmer outfits in other states to strongly fight seeking legal guarantee to MSP in their states and send a message to the Centre that it is not Punjab’s fight alone. (PTI)
