SHILLONG, Jan 8: State BJP president Rikman G Momin, on Wednesday, felicitated the newly appointed district presidents of BJP Meghalaya at the state party office.
In his address, Momin congratulated all the newly appointed district presidents and expressed confidence that their leadership would bring positive changes and progress to the party.
The term of the new district presidents will span three years, from 2025 to 2028.
The newly appointed district presidents include Karbar Tyngkan from West Jaintia Hills, Commanderful Sana from East Jaintia Hills, Sen Thabah from Ri-Bhoi, H Bob Lyngdoh from Shillong City, Priambada Blah from East Khasi Hills, Ricardus Lawphniaw from Eastern West Khasi Hills, Spasterlin Nongrem from West Khasi Hills, Bity Jyrwa from South West Khasi Hills, Hanendra A Sangma from North Garo Hills, Raphius Sangma from East Garo Hills, Benedict R Marak from West Garo Hills, Daulhat C Marak from Tura City, Bhupen Hajong from South West Garo Hills, and Calis Momin from South Garo Hills.
