4.8 quake jolts Meghalaya

SHILLONG, Jan 24: Meghalaya and other states of the Northeast were rocked by a moderate earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale at 12.53 am on Friday.
The epicenter of the tremor was in Myanmar.
This was the second earthquake in the last three days after a quake measuring 4.1 on Tuesday afternoon.
