Johannesburg, Jan 28: South Africa’s experienced middle-order batter David Miller sustained a groin injury during the SA20 League match between Paarl Royals and Durban Super Giants on January 27, adding to the team’s growing list of injury concerns ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025.
The incident occurred during the 14th over of the game when Miller attempted to stop a boundary after Marcus Stoinis found the gap. Despite his efforts, he couldn’t prevent the ball from crossing the rope and appeared to injure his right groin in the process. (Agencies)
