Two-wheelers stolen
Shankar Ray lodged a complaint that on the intervening night of February 24 and 25, miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-05W-8476) from Lower Lumparing, Shillong.
Birenstar Khymdeit lodged a complaint that on February 25, circa 10 pm, miscreant(s) stole his scooter (ML-05AC-3479) from Umran Niangbyrnai in Ri-Bhoi.
Uttom Marak lodged a complaint that on the night of February 25, miscreant(s) stole his scooter (AS-18M-7147) from his residential premises at Resu Rangmanggre in North Garo Hills.

Courier man robbed
An employee of a courier service company lodged a complaint that on February 19, four miscreants robbed him while he was delivering items near the international border at Amlympiang area of West Jaintia Hills district. Further, on February 26, miscreant(s) again attempted to rob him near Riahjalong village, West Jaintia Hills. In this connection, police arrested one Bangladeshi national, Sumon Bushias (19), from Amlympiang village on February 26.

Resort owner thrashed by guests
Proprietor of Sylvan Horizon Resort, Nongsder, Ri-Bhoi, lodged a complaint that on February 25, around 1 am, 30 persons, who attended a function at the resort, assaulted him, damaged his property and failed to pay the bill amounting to Rs. 30,000.

Theft bid foiled
Om Prakash Thakur lodged a complaint that on February 26, around 2.46 am, in which he stated he caught red-handed one Abdul Shah (24) while he was attempting to commit theft from his residence at Mawbah, Shillong.

Digital arrest
A female resident of Tura, West Garo Hills, lodged a complaint that on February 19, she received anonymous WhatsApp calls, wherein the callers introduced themselves as police officers from Delhi Police Sarojini Nagar and cheated her of Rs 1.36 crore, on the pretext of clearing her name from criminal activities.
