SGH: Sensitisation on NALSA schemes

TURA, March 2: People showed up in large numbers for a mega camp-cum-awareness programme on NALSA and government welfare schemes, organised by the office of the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority and the High Court Legal Services Committee, Shillong, in collaboration with various government departments at Baghmara in South Garo Hills recently.
The programme, with spotlight on the theme ‘Back to School’, saw enthusiastic participation from all government departments and the people who came in large numbers from different parts of the district.
In attendance were Justice HS Thangkhiew, Judge of the High Court of Meghalaya, and Executive Chairman, MSLSA as the chief guest, and guest of honour, Justice W Diengdoh, Judge, High Court of Meghalaya, and Chairman, High Court Legal Services Committee.
