An online orientation and coordination conference was held in preparation of the state-level mock exercise on disaster preparedness scheduled for March 20. Officials from the Revenue and Disaster Management department and Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills interacted with Lead Consultant of National Disaster Management Authority, New Delhi, Sudhir Bahl, over video conference, who provided insights and guidance for the upcoming exercise.
