SHILLONG, April 26: NEEPCO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Ltd. for the development of a state-of-the-art township at Mawdiangdiang, Umsawli, Shillong, on a turnkey basis.
This ambitious township project includes consultancy for design and drawing, as well as the construction of a residential complex equipped with all necessary amenities for the staff of NEEPCO’s Head Office.
It may be mentioned that the project is slated for completion within approximately 30 months.
