KYIV, June 6: Russia launched a massive overnight attack on Ukraine, firing 407 drones and 44 missiles across six regions, killing three emergency workers in Kyiv. The strikes caused widespread damage, power outages, and civilian injuries. Ukraine downed many of the drones and missiles and condemned Russia for targeting civilians.
Meanwhile, Russia reported downing Ukrainian drones. Despite peace efforts, no progress has been made, and Ukraine urged stronger international condemnation. (AP)
