Shillong, July 27: The East Khasi Hills Basketball Association (EKHBA) successfully held its 2nd Annual General Meeting on Saturday, during which the new office bearers for the 2025–2028 term were elected and the body reconstituted.
Ampareen Lyngdoh was elected as President, with James Lyngwa taking over as Working President. Symper Ryntathiang was appointed General Secretary, while Andy Basaiawmoit was named Treasurer. Kitkuparlang Kharshiing will serve as Senior Vice President, and Dilip Gurung as Joint Secretary.The four Vice Presidents elected are Audri Syngnah, Audri Nongrum, Dulon Kharboti, and Fantin S. Lakadong, while the Associate Secretaries include Wini Warjri, Sharon Lyngdoh, Wanbok Pyrbot, and Pyngshngain Moksha. Ten executive members were also inducted into the governing body.The EKHBA extended its congratulations to the newly elected members and expressed confidence that the new leadership.
