The much-awaited official teaser for Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 4 has been unveiled. Days after teasing fans with a bloodied poster, the actor confirmed the release date on Saturday, only to add to the growing buzz. The teaser opens on a sombre note with Tiger’s voiceover in the background. As the character recalls the tragic loss of a loved one, the teaser continues with violent visuals, actions, and a lot of drama. Tiger Shroff makes a fierce entry as Ronny, this time taking over as both the “hero and the villain” of his story. He appears fuelled by vengeance, armed, and driven by a rage that leaves no enemy breathing. ‘Har Aashiq Ek Villain Hain… No escape. No mercy. Goosebumps cancelled after two seasons
Goosebumps, the supernatural horror series, which ran for two seasons on Disney+, has been cancelled.
Based on the book series from R L Stine, the show won’t return for the third season as producers from Sony Pictures Television have planned to shop the show to other outlets and explore different creative directions for the IP, as reported by the entertainment news outlet Variety. The show was developed by Nicholas Stoller and Rob Letterman. Hilary Winston served as executive producer and showrunner. The first season released in October 2023 and comprised 10 episodes. It starred Justin Long, Rachael Harris, Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Miles McKenna, Ana Yi Puig, and Will Price. (PTI)
Colin Farrell to receive Golden Icon Award at Zurich Film Festival
Oscar-nominated actor Colin Farrell will be honoured with the Zurich Film Festival’s Golden Icon Award at its upcoming edition, reported Deadline. The festival will take place in Zurich from September 25 to October 5, 2025. The award acknowledges the actor’s performance in Edward Berger’s upcoming psychological thriller ‘Ballad Of A Small Player’ as well as his overall career. Farrell will be presented with the award on September 27 ahead of a gala premiere for the upcoming film, which will also be attended by Swiss director and Oscar winner Berger, reported Deadline. The following day, Farrell will give a masterclass on his career. The actor is internationally renowned for films such as Miami Vice, Minority Report, In Bruges, The Batman, The Lobster, The Killing of a Sacred Deer, and The Banshees of Inisherin. (ANI)
Echoes of Valour to have closed-door screening in Venice
The upcoming film Echoes of Valour, which stars Divya Dutta and Neeraj Kabi will be showcased in a closed-door screening at the upcoming edition of the Venice Film Festival. The film marks the Hindi debut of Indira Dhar, and was unveiled by Shekhar Kapur earlier at the Cannes Film Festival. The film is a poignant biopic on the mother of an Indian army soldier. It took over four years to go into production, and is a layered meditation on motherhood, loss, and the often-unseen strength of women in the shadow of conflict. Talking about the film, Indira Dhar shared Echoes of Valour has been an intensely personal journey, one that explores the fragile terrain of love, loss, and the human instinct to seek redemption.
