SHILLONG, Aug 14: A flag of the outlawed Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) was hoisted by unknown people in the city in the early hours of Thursday.
The flag was reportedly hoisted near the Chillibreeze office, close to the District Commerce & Industries Centre at Lumjingshai, Lawmali Pyllun Block-4.
