JOWAI, Aug 31: Behdeinkhlam festival of Seiñ Raij Mukhla concluded on Sunday after several days of rituals and celebrations. The festival culminated at the Aitnar Pond in Mukhla, marked by vibrant processions and cultural splendor.

Members of the Seiñ Raij Mukhla community brought their Rot to the pond, each carrying unique messages and themes. The community expressed hope that the successful completion of the rituals would usher in peace, prosperity, and development in all aspects of life.
