Nepal President dissolves Parl, announces polls

Kathmandu, Sep 13: Nepal’s President Ram Chandra Poudel dissolved the parliament on Saturday following a recommendation by the interim government led by former Supreme Court chief justice Sushila Karki, Paudel also announced that fresh elections will be held on March 5 next year and sought cooperation from all political parties to safeguard the interests of the people.
