JOWAI, Nov 1: Curtain came down on a four-day School Health and Wellness Ambassador Training, organised by the Office of the District Medical & Health Officer (DMHO), West Jaintia Hills District, in collaboration with the Block Medical Officer, Amlarem Block and the Education department.
The training, held from October 28 to 31 at Amlarem Secondary School, was attended by a total of 78 upper-primary teachers and six officials, doctors and resource persons.
The programme aimed to equip school teachers with the knowledge and skills to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being among students.
