Indian banks likely to enter global top 100: RBI

NEW DELHI, Nov 20: RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra said more Indian banks are likely to enter the top 100 global banks soon, given strong economic and banking growth.
Currently, only SBI and HDFC Bank feature. PSU banks’ profits hit a record Rs 1.78 lakh crore in FY25, while consolidation and privatisation efforts continue. (PTI)
