Flight Simulation Centre: Adani takes 72.8% stake

MUMBAI, Nov 27: Adani Group will acquire a 72.8% stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC) for Rs 820 crore, marking its entry into the pilot training sector.
FSTC operates 11 advanced full-flight simulators, 17 training aircraft, and flying schools in Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bhiwani, and Narnaul, providing commercial pilot licences, type ratings, recurrent training, and defence courses.
The acquisition, through Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Ltd and Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd, enhances Adani’s integrated aviation services, spanning civil and defence MRO, general aviation, simulation, and full-stack flight training, addressing growing demand for certified pilots and advanced defence training solutions.
