Hogwarts shines in first look of Harry Potter series

The much-anticipated Harry Potter series adaptation has unveiled its first look, showcasing the iconic Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The image, shared on the show’s official Instagram, features Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter walking toward the Quidditch pitch in his Gryffindor cloak, complete with his name and player number, highlighting a key moment in the magical world.
The scene depicts a lively Quidditch pitch with students entering and Gryffindor and Hufflepuff flags flying, brought to life by production designer Mara LePere-Schloop, known for Interview with the Vampire and Pachinko.
Filmed at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK, the series stars Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, and John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, with Janet McTeer, Paapa Essiedu, and Nick Frost in key roles.
Showrunner Francesca Gardiner and director Mark Mylod lead the adaptation, with executive producers including J.K. Rowling.
The series will explore Harry’s early years at Hogwarts, his friendships with Ron and Hermione, and his battle against Lord Voldemort. (ANI)
