Power Minister Metbah Lyngdoh will inaugurate a 50 KW solar power plant at 1 pm on Monday at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School. According to a statement, the initiative is designed to promote renewable energy awareness and encourage sustainable practices among students and the wider community.
Election
The Meghalaya Magar Samaj Samity will hold elections to form its new executive committee on Sunday at the Meghalaya Gorkha Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association campus in Jhalupara. According to a statement here, the election process will commence with the submission of family data from 10 am to 11 am, followed by the filing of nominations between 11 am and 12 noon. Voting and the completion of the election process are scheduled to take place from 12 pm to 1 pm.
