SHILLONG, June 5: A four-day workshop on “PARAKH Taxonomy, HPC and Development of Question/Item Banks for the ITMS (Integrated Test Management System),” organised by the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE), concluded on Thursday.
Speaking at the workshop, Prof. Indrani Bhaduri, Head of the National Assessment Centre, PARAKH, NCERT, New Delhi, underscored the importance of maintaining equivalence in assessment practices and developing balanced question papers in line with PARAKH Taxonomy across school education boards.
She further highlighted PARAKH’s initiative on the “Equivalence of Boards” that seeks to promote uniformity and quality in student assessment nationwide.
