Tura, June 27: Agitok Mahari made a commanding start to the Tura Challenge 2nd Inter Mahari Basketball Tournament 2026, defeating Koksi Mahari 71-40 in the opening match on Saturday.
Koksi Mahari dominated the first quarter and raced to an early eight-point advantage, with Chesbirth leading the scoring. However, A•gitok Mahari turned the contest around in the second quarter, finding their rhythm through excellent teamwork and strong performances from D. Nangkam and Levio.
