The Chief Justice of the High Court of Meghalaya, Justice Revati Mohite Dere, will lay the foundation stone for the construction of the permanent Court Complex of the District & Sessions Court, East Khasi Hills, at Umsawli, Mawpat, at 3 PM, in the presence of Law Minister Lahkmen Rymbui.

As part of the programme, a one-day ‘Rehabilitation Counselling Centre Football Match’ will be played starting at 10:30 AM.
