Audreyna Syngkli has been awarded a PhD by North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) for her thesis titled ‘Management and Leadership Styles of Higher Education Institutions in Meghalaya’, which she completed under the supervision of Prof. C. Nongbri and joint supervisor Prof. Ibadani Syiem. She is the daughter of Morismol Khymdeit and Chester Syngkli, and a resident of Umden Nongtluh, Ri-Bhoi.
