Aamir Khan to marry Gauri Spratt on July 5
Superstar Aamir Khan has said his wedding with partner Gauri Spratt will be held at his residence here on July 5 and he hopes that they have a good life together. Aamir on Thursday evening attended the screening of the upcoming show Pritam and Pedro, which marks the series debut of Rajkumar Hirani, who worked with the superstar on movies 3 Idiots and PK. Talking to reporters, the 61-year-old actor said the wedding will be an intimate affair that will be attended by close family and friends. This will be the third marriage for Aamir, who first married film producer Reena Dutta from 1986 to 2002, and 2005, he married director Kiran Rao and the couple separated in 2021. (PTI)
Hathaway’s The End of Oak Street to release in India on Aug 14
Warner Bros. India on Friday announced that mystery thriller The End of Oak Street, starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, will be released in theatres across the country on August 14. The studio unveiled five new character posters for the film, which will be released in cinemas and IMAX in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The newly released posters feature Hathaway as Denise Platt, McGregor as Greg Platt, Maisy Stella as Audrey Platt, Christian Convery as Brian Platt and Starbuck, teasing a story centred on a family navigating strange happenings around them. Love Oh Love cleared for release with U/A certificate
The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has now cleared director Magesh Rajendran’s upcoming romantic entertainer Love Oh Love, featuring actors Pavish Narayan and new comer Naga Durga in the lead, for release with an U/A certificate. Taking to its X timeline to make the announcement, Zinema Media, one of the production houses producing the film, wrote, “Love has been approved. Emotions are certified. It may be recalled that the makers had only recently released the single ‘Broke Boy’ from the film. The single was a vibrant and relatable track that perfectly captured the emotions, aspirations, and struggles of today’s youth. (ANI)
