GUWAHATI, July 6, 2026: Vaibhav Surana, a student of B.Com Sixth Semester at The Assam Royal Global University (RGU) has secured Second Rank in the SWAYAM July 2025 Semester Examination for the CEC MOOC course, “Retail Business Management.”
The achievement has been recognised by the Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), the National Coordinator for SWAYAM, under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
In its official communication, CEC acknowledged Mr. Surana as one of the top three performers in the examination and congratulated him on his outstanding academic performance.
