CPC reconstitutes executive committee for 2026-2029

SHILLONG, July 26: The Central Puja Committee (CPC), Meghalaya, on Saturday reconstituted its executive committee for the 2026-2029 term during its Triennial General Meeting held at Oakland Community Hall here.
Naba Bhattacharjee was elected president, while Arbind Yadav was elected working president.
The newly elected vice presidents are Ajay Agarwal, Sharad Rana, Bidhan Das, Sujit Dey, D. Sinha Roy and Saswati Dey. Similarly, Ananga M. Paul was elected general secretary, Debapriya Deb as assistant general secretary and Anil Bajaj as finance secretary.
Meanwhile, Pankaj Deb, Supriyo Dhar, Dilip Chanda and Ratan Dey were elected as assistant secretaries.
The committee also constituted an advisory committee comprising JL Das, PD Chokhani, Ramsevak Singh, JP Singh, Babulal Sharma and BP Joshi, along with members of the executive committee.
