Nagaland DAN Committee calls to end of factional battle in NPF

Kohima:The Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) Coordination Committee has called for an ‘immediate end’ to what it termed as the ‘factional battle within the NPF.’ According to a press release on Friday issued by the Secretary of theDAN Coordination Committee, K. G. Kenye informed that the committee held a meeting on Thursday, which was atten-ded by its Chairman Dr. Shurhozelie; NPF Secretary General K. G. Kenye; Presi-dent Nagaland BJP, M Chuba Ao; General Secre-tary of Nagaland BJP K. James Vizo; President JD (U) Nagaland Mhonjan Lotha; member JD (U) Nagaland K. Yimso and Acting President of NCP T. L. Semdok.

The release said that taking into account the serious ramifications of the internal crisis in the NPF that will take a heavy toll on the developmental priorities for the state, the DAN partners urge for immediate settle-ment of the inter-party crisis,’ stated the press note.(UNI)
