SHILLONG:1st MLP defeated Pinewood CC by 22 runs in the league of the First Division Shillong Cricket League 2015 organised by the Shillong Cricket Association at the SCA Cricket Ground, Polo.
1st MLP won the toss and decided to bat first and were all out for 127 runs in 32.4 overs. Morningstar Khongwir scored 30 runs of 28 balls and Pardeep Thapa 30 runs of 41 balls. While Utpal Sharma and Pritam Singh took 2 wickets for 15 runs and 17 runs respectively.
In reply, Pinewood CC were dismissed for 105 runs in 31.2 overs. Kenny Wann scored 29 runs of 66 balls. And Pritam Singh 24 runs of 33 balls. While Pardeep Thapa took 5/28 runs of 6.2 overs. And Morningstar Khongwir took 4/23 runs of 7 overs.
