SHILLONG: The General Administration Department Joint Secretary on Friday informed that Deputy Chief Minister RC Laloo will hoist the National Flag in Shillong instead of GAD Minister HDR Lyngdoh who will now take the salute in Mawkyrwat.
Also Kennedy C. Khyriem, Parliamentary Secretary will hoist the National Flag and take the salute at Mairang in place of Home Minister Roshan Warjri.
