NONGPOH: Unidentified miscreants looted Rs 5 lakh from a SBI ATM at Umroi in Ri Bhoi district on Thursday morning. According to police, miscreants cut the top portion of the ATM and took away the cash. This is second such incident in the district. Last year, unidentified miscreants took away Rs 26 lakh from SBI’s Umiam branch ATM.
