JOWAI: West Jaintia Hills police on Wednesday arrested one Ram Labit (Dhar) of Nangbah village for killing his fellow villager Teibor Hinge.
According to police, the victim and Dhar (both were in inebriated condition) had a quarrel over some issues. When Hinge tried to flee, Dhar stabbed him with a dagger. Hinge died on the spot.
