SIT on blackmoney needs more hands

 New Delhi: The Finance Ministry has asked eligible officers to apply to fill up vacancies in the Special Investigation Team (SIT) mandated to deal with blackmoney cases.
Officers possessing experience of at least five years in the field of intelligence or information processing, investigation, information management, data management or main-tenance and administrative-related work are eligible to apply, an office memo-randum issued by the Ministry said.
All ministries or departments can forward duly verified applications of willing officers fulfilling the eligibility conditions along with the vigilance status, details of major or minor penalties during the last ten years and integrity certi-ficate, it said.
Of the total of 21 vacant posts, two are at the level of Director, three of Under Secretary, four each of Superintendent/ Section Officer or Inspector/Assistant, three of Principal Private Secretary and five of Personal Assistant.(PTI)
