Stolen 10-wheeler recovered from Dawki

JOWAI: A 10-wheeler dumper truck which was stolen a week ago by unknown miscreants was recovered from Dawki on Saturday morning.
Sources informed that the vehicle which was stolen from Dkhiah East village was spotted while it was being used to transport limestone from Amlarem Sub-division to Tamabil via Dawki.
The vehicle, which had its registration number changed, was first spotted by a search team assigned by its owner. On receiving information, Dawki Police came to the spot and apprehended the driver and the helper of the 10-wheeler. Later, Khliehriat Police took the apprehended persons into their custody.
