Training cum workshop programme

SHILLONG: An Eco-Friendly Integrated Livelihood Mission training cum workshop of 34 village leaders on Survey and Resources Mapping was conducted by Mushroom Foundation Development, Assam, at Science Hall, Nongpoh.
The objective was to organize small and micro farmers into producer groups and to ensure sustainable incremental income for them.
The village leaders were given training on mushroom cultivation and free spawn were distributed among all the participants.
Additional Deputy Commissioner P.S. Kharkongor inaugurated the programme.
