SHILLONG: Four unidentified miscreants assaulted 12 labourers at Mawiongrim, Shillong. Informing this, police sources said the person, who had engaged those labourers, did not file any complaint but police took suo moto cognizance of the incident, which happened on Sunday at around 10.50 pm.
Police is yet to identify the perpetrators of the crime.
The victims were later shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong for treatment.
