NONGSTOIN: Shallang Police of Wednesday conducted raids on various shop at Shallang Market and detected nine Aircel and one Vodafone SIM card from the possession of one Saidul Rahman of Goalpara, Assam and another seven Vodafone, three Reliance and one Aircel SIM cards from the shop of one Akmal Hussain.
Saidul Rahman was arrested while Akhmal Hussain managed to give the police a slip.
