Jolt for AMEF

SHILLONG: The militant outfit Achik Matgrik Elite Force (AMEF) received a major jolt on Friday as the Shillong police arrested the publicity secretary of the outfit from a city hotel.The arrested cadre has been identified as Chuang Togan N. Sangma of Nokgil Awe, Williamnagar. The arrest was made on the basis of an intelligence input, police sources said.
