Office shifted
The office of Field Exhibition Unit, DAVP Shillong has been shifted to Oxford Mission Compound, Kenche’s Trace, Laban. The office was on Monday formally inaugurated by the Director of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Engam Pame.
Autism awareness
SAN-KER will commemorate the “World Autism Awareness Day” on April 2. To mark this day, SAN-KER will organize “Walk for Autism” at 10 a.m., beginning at State Central Library and ending at City Hut Dhaba, with a public discussion on Autism.
Prayer service
The United Christian Peace Forum (UCPF) initiated a one-day prayer service in the respective Church premises in every village and town of North Garo Hills where people prayed for permanent peace and tranquility in the district and the entire state.
