‘I was really mean’, says Hudgens on dating Efron

Actress Vanessa     Hudgens has     revealed that dating Zac Efron made her “mean”. The couple dated for five years after meeting on the set of High School Musical in 2005 but she quickly got over the attention he received from overexcited fans, reported a website. “I went through a phase when I was really mean because I was so fed up. Girls were running after him, and I was giving them death stares. Then I realised that’s not what that’s about. ‘Spread the love, be a good person, they support you, be nice’,” she said. After splitting from Efron in 2010, Hudgens began dating another actor by the name of Austin Butler, who she is still with today. She credited the 23-year-old for helping her rediscover her faith and together they regularly attend Hillsong church services. (PTI)
